Summit Computer Systems has been a dedicated corporate sponsor of the programs at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County. Over the years Mike Dickerson and his staff have overseen several complete transformations of our computer infrastructure. They have been a part of the strategic planning, installation, and maintenance of three computer labs, system-wide networks (hard-wired and wireless), and backup systems.

I just wanted to drop you a line about your back-up program. The staff
at Summit informed me it was time to run a test on the backup software,
by creating a test file and then deleting it for you to recover. Today
I accidently deleted an unemployment quarterly report from the server.
It takes me about 3 hours to create and I was pulling my hair out knowing
I had to recreate it. Well, with a quick phone call I told your staff which
file it was and they restored it in about 2 minutes. This made me VERY
happy that I didn't have to redo all the work. It's REALLY cool that we
can do that. THANKS so much for making this service available to us; what
a great idea to keep the back-up off site and thanks again for the great
computer support!!!!!!

for more than 10 years. When we do our price comparisons we find their
pricing to be very competitive. The unique option that we have to choose
the components we want in our systems is invaluable in allowing us providing

PERSONAL COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
Back in January I decided it was time to upgrade my old Windows 98 home
PC. I wanted a new bigger faster processor and new operating system, but
I did not need a new monitor or printer or scanner I just wanted a new
box. I did some shopping around on the Internet and eventually created
my “wish list”. I ended up with a printed shopping list of operating system
and internal components. Before deciding on a vendor I thought about support.
I do not like talking with someone overseas who knows where that’s hard
to understand. I knew about Summit from my work place so my wife dropped
off my shopping list with a “what can you do for us”. A short time later
I received a detailed item-by-item response with cost. Well, the total
price was less that what I found online and the support was local; my mind
was made up. My wife and I have both been very satisfied with our new PC
from Summit.
